Area(s) of responsibility **Experience** ; Total Experience: **14–18 years** , AI-ML and GenAI Experience: **8–10 years** Enterprise‑level AI architect responsible for **strategy, standards, and strategic / large‑scale AI projects** . Contributes in executing Birlasoft’s AI vision across industries and platforms. **Core Responsibilities** - Define enterprise AI & GenAI architecture blueprints for Birlasoft - Drive AI platform strategy: - Agentic AI platforms - Multi-agent and MCP‑based ecosystems - Multi‑tenant, multi‑account AI solutions - Secure and scalable by design - Fine tuned systems for economy - token economics, latency, and cost optimization - Lead design of complex A2A systems with: - Autonomous planning - Tool ecosystems - Human‑in‑the‑loop controls - Own AI governance frameworks: - Responsible AI - Risk management - Compliance and auditability - Be capable in advising senior stakeholders on: - AI adoption strategy - ROI and value realization - Build vs buy decisions - Influence technology roadmap, accelerators, and reusable assets - Provide architectural oversight across multiple large programs - Represent Birlasoft in AI thought leadership, PoCs, and innovation forums **Expected Mastery** - Deep expertise across ML, GenAI, Agentic Systems, and Graph‑based reasoning - Strong understanding of: - Cost economics at scale - Performance and reliability trade‑offs - Enterprise security and compliance - Ability to translate business strategy into AI architecture **Leadership** - Mentor architects and senior engineers - Shape organizational AI capability - Act as trusted advisor to leadership and clients
