Job Description: Prepare/support on FP&A related MIS reports. 1) Help FP&A team on various inputs, analysis and co-ordination with business stakeholders. 2) Help on GL and Actual vs forecast analysis and undertake ad hoc projects Responsibilities: Support the annual planning and periodic forecasting process, month close activities by ensuring timeliness and accuracy Highlight potential issues for the team to address Assist business users in budgeting and financial planning process Assist in creating management reports and analyze them Analyze, update and allocate expenses & fee in Apptio to different business units’ basis the allocation model defined Research on various technology expenses and provide deep dive analysis on the variance Perform reconciliations of various expenses between multiple tools/application Prepare various journal entries/ accruals for monthly processing Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting FP&A experience is preferred. Should have good understanding of US insurance and Insurance Finance Should have worked for various LOB’s such as Auto, GL, Property, WC etc. Should have fair amount of exposure on both Commercial and Personal insurance side Very good knowledge and understanding of insurance terminology
