As a Lead Associate - Planning, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the planning process within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective planning strategies are developed and implemented to support business objectives and operational efficiency. You will work closely with various departments to gather information, analyze data, and create detailed plans to optimize resources and processes. **Roles and Responsibilities:** 1. Lead and manage the planning process, including developing short-term and long-term plans. 2. Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant data and information for planning purposes. 3. Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities and potential risks. 4. Create OTB and assortment plan to be shared with category teams for seasonal buys 5. Collaborate with key stakeholders to align planning activities with business goals and objectives. 6. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of plans, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes. 7. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate planning strategies and results to management. 8. Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in planning and forecasting. Your 3.0-9.0 years of experience in a planning-related role will be instrumental in successfully fulfilling the responsibilities of this position. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders are essential for excelling in this role.
