**Role & responsibilities** - Drive target setting, measurement and monitoring of SDG related KPIs. - Ensure sustainability disclosures are aligned to latest standards. - Impactful representation of sustainability initiatives and driving action plans to help achieve ESG targets. - Work closely with business to define and implement recommendations related to sustainability/ESG program policies and procedures. - Drive Digitalization initiatives, implementing systems and processes for increasing efficiency and reach within Tata Power. - Conduct research and work with industry experts, companies, start-ups and other ecosystem partners to gather market intelligence and insights. - Possesses a comprehensive understanding of sustainability standards, including global frameworks, regulatory requirements, and best practices, with the ability to translate them into actionable strategies for real-world impact. - Has hands-on exposure to sustainability-related tools and technologies, enabling efficient project planning, monitoring, and reporting to drive measurable environmental and social outcomes. - Demonstrates proven project management expertise, overseeing end-to-end execution from planning to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards. - Highly skilled in research and analytical methodologies, leveraging data and insights to inform decision-making, optimize processes, and support evidence-based recommendations. - Exhibits strong financial acumen, adept at budgeting, cost tracking, and financial analysis to evaluate the feasibility, sustainability, and return on investment of projects. - Displays exceptional organizational and planning skills, effectively prioritizing and coordinating multiple tasks in dynamic and high-pressure environments. - Well-versed in MS Office Suiteincluding Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlookenabling the creation of professional reports, impactful presentations, and efficient communication. - Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders to encourage collaboration and synergy. - Adept at aligning diverse stakeholders from internal teams to external partners around shared objectives, ensuring clarity, commitment, and smooth execution of initiatives. - Shows a strong achievement orientation, consistently setting and surpassing ambitious goals while maintaining a focus on long-term impact. - Maintains meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of accuracy, quality, and compliance. - Takes complete ownership and accountability for tasks and outcomes, demonstrating reliability and a proactive approach to challenges. - Exhibits agility and adaptability, seamlessly adjusting to evolving priorities, market conditions, and organizational needs while maintaining performance excellence. **Preferred candidate profile** - Sustainability related roles in power sector or allied sectors desirable - Exposure to ESG rating methods either from design or execution side - Possesses a strong understanding of sustainability standards and their practical application. - Has exposure to tools and technologies related to sustainability for efficient project execution. - Demonstrates effective project management capabilities, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. - Skilled in research and analysis to support data-driven decision-making. - Exhibits strong financial acumen to manage budgets and assess project viability. - Displays excellent organizational and planning skills to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks. - Well-versed in MS Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for professional documentation and presentations. - Possesses strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain productive relationships. - Able to align a wide range of stakeholders towards common objectives. - Shows achievement orientation by consistently striving for and delivering high performance. - Maintains attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work. - Takes full ownership and accountability for responsibilities and outcomes. - Demonstrates agility in adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
