JD- Business Analyst (Senior Associate) Updated Skills - Required 5+ years of experience. - Clear understanding or prior experience in media-related domains including media planning, campaign management, ad operations or media finance. - Techno-functional expertise with experience in database models, data mapping, and business applications. - Background in AI Automation, Process Automation/Optimisation, and ability to identify opportunities for workflow enhancement. - Experience working with ERP systems and performing functional consultancy tasks to support business process improvements. - Hands-on experience using Postman or Swagger/OpenAPI for API testing, validation, and documentation. - Ability to create clear and effective process flow diagrams using tools like Lucid chart, Draw.io, or Microsoft Visio. - Demonstrates strong understanding of Agile methodologies and associated ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Proven experience in Sprint management with hands-on expertise in Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence for backlog management, tracking, and documentation. - Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. - Familiarity with ERD tools and data modelling platforms to support business and technical requirements. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. - Bachelor?s degree in engineering or a related field.
