Lead Business Analyst - Financial Services

Job description

We are hiring a Lead Business Analyst to lead requirements and product discovery in Financial Services, ideally within Wealth Management initiatives. You will translate vision into epics, stories, and acceptance criteria while aligning stakeholders and keeping scope and priorities clear in the backlog. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the onsite proxy product owner to align on product vision and product roadmap • Identify and specify product capabilities, features, and functions • Create epics and stories and define their success criteria • Detail stories with business logic and targeted business outcomes • Control product scope and prioritize capabilities, epics, and stories • Join sprint review demos and deliver feedback to the team • Capture feedback and ensure it is incorporated and prioritized in the backlog • Support incident triaging as needed • Act as the go-to contact for business questions and clarifications Requirements • Broad industry experience (10-15 years total), with 8+ years focused on business analysis and requirements management • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a similar discipline; master's degree in computer science is a plus • Product management background with experience supporting product ownership • Domain experience in financial services, preferably in wealth management • Sound business judgment and ability to represent business and end client viewpoints • Strong communication and presentation abilities
