Lead Business Analyst - Salesforce (with Media Domain) Area(s) of responsibility Experience : 6 Years Shift Timing : 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Below are the details : Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 5 years of relevant experience to support Salesforce initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering \& Analysis Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements Convert business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications Conduct workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs Ensure end-to-end requirement traceability Salesforce Functional Understanding Worked on Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud Translate requirements into Salesforce concepts like objects, fields, workflows, flows, and reports Partner with technical teams to ensure accurate and scalable solution design Support initiatives like process automation and system enhancements Agile Delivery \& Execution Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Standups, Retrospectives) Manage and maintain product backlog in JIRA or similar tools Support development teams with clarifications and functional guidance Ensure timely delivery aligned with sprint commitments Testing \& Validation Assist in test case creation, UAT planning, and execution Validate delivered solutions against business requirements Support defect tracking and resolution Stakeholder Management Act as a bridge between business, development, and QA teams Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies Drive stakeholder alignment and expectation management Documentation Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and solution documents Ensure high-quality, structured documentation for reuse and governance Required Skills \& Experience Must-Have 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst Hands-on experience in Salesforce projects (minimum 2--3 years preferred) Strong expertise in: Requirements gathering and user story writing Agile/Scrum methodologies Familiarity with: Salesforce data model, workflows, and flows (functional understanding) Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Good-to-Have Salesforce certification (Admin or Platform App Builder) Exposure to Salesforce integrations and APIs Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Git) Domain knowledge in Media / Entertainment / Theme Parks Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to translate business needs into actionable deliverables High attention to detail and documentation quality Strong ownership and accountability Effective cross-functional collaboration Experience Level Senior Level
