We're Hiring: Lead – Business Analytics (Manager) Location: Mumbai / Bengaluru Experience: 6+ Years Department: Data & Analytics At Angel One , we're looking for a passionate Lead – Business Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making, automate analytics solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful business insights. What You'll Do • Analyze complex business and customer data to generate actionable insights. • Build and automate end-to-end data analytics solutions, including data preparation, pipelines, and dashboards. • Develop reports and interactive dashboards for business stakeholders. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytics solutions. • Optimize existing reporting processes and recommend data-driven improvements. • Mentor team members and contribute to business-critical analytics initiatives. What We're Looking For • 6+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Data Analytics. • Strong expertise in SQL, Python, Excel, and Tableau . • Experience with Databricks , Business Intelligence tools, and dashboard development. • Exposure to AWS, S3 , and modern data platforms is an advantage. • Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT is a plus. • Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver business value through data.
