We're Hiring: Lead – Business Analytics (Manager) **Location:** Mumbai / Bengaluru **Experience:** 6+ Years **Department:** Data & Analytics At **Angel One** , we're looking for a passionate **Lead – Business Analytics** to drive data-driven decision-making, automate analytics solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver impactful business insights. What You'll Do - Analyze complex business and customer data to generate actionable insights. - Build and automate end-to-end data analytics solutions, including data preparation, pipelines, and dashboards. - Develop reports and interactive dashboards for business stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver analytics solutions. - Optimize existing reporting processes and recommend data-driven improvements. - Mentor team members and contribute to business-critical analytics initiatives. What We're Looking For - 6+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Data Analytics. - Strong expertise in **SQL, Python, Excel, and Tableau** . - Experience with **Databricks** , Business Intelligence tools, and dashboard development. - Exposure to **AWS, S3** , and modern data platforms is an advantage. - Familiarity with AI coding tools such as **Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT** is a plus. - Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver business value through data. **Preferred Qualification** - BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (IT) / MBA **Preferred Skills** - Business Analytics - Data Analytics - SQL - Python - Tableau - Databricks - AWS - MS Excel - Business Intelligence - Product Analytics - Stakeholder Management If you're passionate about solving business problems through data and want to make an impact in a fast-paced fintech environment, we'd love to hear from you!
