**About Wells Fargo:** CIB Global Regulatory Change Management (RCM) is responsible for the evaluation of Global regulations impacting CIB. As a Lead Business Execution Consultant (LBEC), the candidate will be supporting various regulations globally. The LBEC will engage with various CIB stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Business Management, Controls, and Technology, to execute programs of work and identify and implement best practices across the regulatory change team. **In this role you will:** **Regulatory Knowledge & Compliance:** The candidate must have or develop a deep, technical understanding of regulations to interpret them accurately and identify their implications for business processes, systems & data. The candidate will be responsible to drill into specifics, mapping rules to process workflow and ensuring compliance standards are met. **Stakeholder Management & Communication:** The candidate should be able to elicit & document detailed requirements from regulatory text then validate those requirements with stakeholders such as Compliance, Legal, Operations & IT. This requires strong facilitation skills to extract actionable insights from regulations & reconcile conflicting needs **Risk Management & Problem Solving**: The candidate must analyze business practices & organizational structures to define the applicability of regulatory changes to the investment firm and provide a clear sense of where and what needs to change because of new or amended regulations. Additionally, the candidate must have a strong working relationship with Technical Analysts that are responsible for solution design to ensure effective handover between stages of the change lifecycle to maintain the integrity of change methods **Process design & Documentation:** The candidate is responsible for documenting current & future state processes. This ensures traceability from regulatory rules to business & organizational changes that are critical for audit & compliance verification. **Required Qualifications:** - 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualification:** - **Research Regulations:** Actively studies regulatory texts, guidance notes & industry interpretations to pinpoint requirements - **Lead requirement gathering and analysis:** Actively engages with multiple stakeholders to drive requirement gathering and analysis phase. - **Map Compliance Gaps:** Analyses business activities & processes against regulatory rules to identify discrepancies and build impact assessment working with senior stakeholders. - **Conducts Workshops:** Leads structured sessions with stakeholders to gather detailed inputs on regulatory change alerts - **Document Precisely:** Produces clear detailed requirement artifacts (business requirement document. Functional specifications/ user stories / Process flows) that stakeholders can review & approve - **Break Down Problems:** Decomposes regulatory mandates into manageable components / topics - **Stage Containment:** Maintains independence from technical design & solution engineering whilst ensuring effective handover to IT when appropriate - **Test focus:** Ensures business requirements are measurable and have clear success criteria to reduce ambiguity & consequently the risk of misinterpretation - **Process Modelling:** Able to use best practice tools & techniques to build a view of current & future state to identify process gaps driven by the regulatory change - **Traceability:** Links requirements across the change lifecycle to ensure regulatory coverage in the future state. - **Auditability:** maintains robust records & engages with audit - **Test Deliverables:** Drives and participates in UAT and engages closely with multiple parties. - **Gather Feedback:** Completes post implementation review & closure memo addressing any issues that could impact compliance during sustainability. **Job Expectations:** - 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. - Experience leading regulatory change projects - Knowledge and understanding of complex regulatory/compliance issues and potential solutions. - Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. - Ability to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and management. - Experience identifying inefficiencies, finding opportunities to streamline business processes, and implementing change. - Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members. - Facilitation experience leading meetings and group discussions - Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) - Ability to prepare and present senior level communications. - Demonstrated ability to understand operational processes - Lead meetings, drive agendas forward and empower decisions - Strong problem-solving ability - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor communications to the intended audience - Balance multitasking with swift execution - Experience consulting with internal clients and business - Success in working with all levels of leadership - Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities - Self-motivator, ability to learn independently and with limited supervision - Strong presentation and negotiation skills - Experience in planning, resource and stakeholder management **Hybrid working model :** - No of days working from office in a week : 3 out of 5 - Shift followed: 1:30 pm IST to 10:30 pm IST - Work location: Hyderabad **Posting End Date:** 28 Jun 2026 -
