Lead CFD Engineer

Job description

- **Expereinced CFD Engineer to lead and support advanced fluid dynamics simulations across various industrial and power plant domains including boliers, turbines, pumps, heat exchangers and fans.** - Bachelor’s/master’s in mechanical/aerospace engineering. - Minimum 8 years of CFD experience, with at least 4 years performing combustion and heat transfer simulations. - Strong command over CFD tools such as **ANSYS Fluent, CFX, Star-CCM+** . - Skills in handling complex 3-D geometry, grid generation (ICEM / Fluent mesher / workbench mesher) and post-processing. - Solid understanding of fluid dynamics and heat transfer. Experience in conjugate heat transfer (CHT), MRF, multiphase flow simulations - Familiarity with CAD tools and geometry handling using Space claim / Design modeler. - Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical design, thermal systems, and test engineering. - Guide and mentor junior CFD engineers and support continuous process improvement. - Excellent communication and technical writing skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
