Lead Consultant -Success Factors-Functional Area(s) of responsibility Expert consulting for SuccessFactors Learning Management Systems modules. · Conduct discovery meeting with customers, conveying effectively the purpose and value of the SAP Cloud HCM (SuccessFactors) solutions · Accountable for day to day work and collaborate with project manager and team members to ensure a successful project outcome · Work independently on smaller pieces of work · Work remotely to implement projects and travel as required for customer on-site visits · Complete implementation projects on time and within budget · Manage the relationship with the customer and be the SAP primary "face' to the customer throughout the implementation process · Educate the customer on employee database and technical requirements Experience Level Senior Level
