**Job Title: Technical Lead OR Data Engineer Lead** Job Summary We are looking for experienced Data Platform & Analytics professionals to lead enterprise data modernization and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and delivering cloud-based data platforms, modern data architectures, analytics solutions, and data migration programs on Azure and/or AWS. The role may involve technical leadership, architecture design, stakeholder management, solutioning, and delivery oversight for data transformation programs. Key Responsibilities - Design and implement modern data platform and analytics solutions on Azure and/or AWS. - Lead data modernization, cloud migration, and analytics transformation initiatives. - Define scalable architectures for data ingestion, integration, storage, processing, and reporting. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define solutions. - Provide technical leadership to data engineering and analytics teams. - Establish best practices for data governance, security, performance, and reliability. - Support estimation, solution design, proposals, and client presentations. - Drive successful project delivery while managing risks, dependencies, and timelines. - **Required Skills** - 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platforms, Analytics, or Data Architecture. - Strong understanding of modern data architectures including Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Lakehouses, and Analytics Platforms. - Experience with Azure and/or AWS data services. - Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data integration, and data modeling. - Knowledge of SQL and one or more cloud-native data platforms. - Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight. - Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code practices. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Skills** - Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse, Redshift, Glue, or similar platforms. - Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or advanced analytics solutions. - Experience leading large-scale cloud migration or modernization programs. - Relevant Azure, AWS, Databricks, or Snowflake certifications are a plus. **Location:** Hyderabad **Experience:** 7 to 12 years **Cloud Platforms:** Azure and/or AWS **Employment Type:** Full-Time
