- **Job Title: Sr Data science GEN AI Lead** - **Location: Hyderabad (Preferred), Bengaluru (Secondary)** - **Experience: 8 to 10 Years** - **Job Summary** - **Key Responsibilities:** - **1. Completely hands-on with building applications using GenAI models and frameworks** - **2. Serve as the primary technical expert for GenAI technologies, with a focus on enhancing our GenAI footprint across our clients by developing, implementing, and optimizing advanced AI models and solutions.** - **3. The SME will provide technical leadership, drive innovation, and ensure the successful integration of AI technologies** - **4. Define best practices, standards, and templates for AI solutions** - **5. Conduct workshops, demos, and client presentations on GenAI use cases** - **6. Evaluate and integrate emerging GenAI technologies to enhance conversational AI capabilities.** - **7. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to teams.** - **8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform integration and functionality issues.** - **9. Proactive blueprint,PoCs and Pilots – Hands-on to independently build quick protypes and demonstrate to the key decision makers** - **Technical Sills Requirements:** - **1. Hands-on experience with AI / Gen AI (Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.).** - **2. Expertise in NLP, NLU, NLQ and NLG technologies.** - **3. Must have Core Python expertise to build applications and engineer GenAI solutions at enterprise scale** - **4. Must have delivered at least 1-2 production grade projects on agentic AI frameworks** - **5. Must have hands-on experience with either of the agentic AI framework such as Google ADK or Langraph** - **6. Experience on databases, data warehouses and data lakes on any of the cloud platform** - **7. Deep knowledge of architecting product scale GenAI applications on GCP cloud** - **8. Solid understanding of API integrations, backend systems, and data flows.** - **9. Familiarity with LLMs (Large Language Models), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings.** - **10. Excellent problem-solving skills and solution architecture capabilities.** - **11. Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.** - **12. Ability to manage/run multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment and competing priorities** - **13. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), primarily GCP.**
