Marketing Analytics** to support delivery and execution of advanced analytics solutions that improve marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and business performance. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical capabilities, experience in marketing analytics techniques, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business problems into data-driven solutions. **Experience** - 8?12 years of relevant experience in Marketing Analytics, Customer Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or related domains. **Key Responsibilities** - Execute marketing analytics use cases such as: - Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) - Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) (basic/intermediate exposure) - Campaign performance analytics and reporting - Customer segmentation and targeting - Marketing ROI measurement - Support development of models for: - Customer churn, propensity scoring, forecasting, and recommendation systems - Analyze customer behavior and campaign effectiveness to generate actionable insights - Work closely with business and marketing stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver analytics solutions - Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools for performance tracking - Contribute to storytelling and presentation of insights to stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data engineering, product, marketing) for data-driven initiatives - Follow established analytics best practices, governance, and delivery standards **Required Qualifications** - Bachelor?s degree in Engineering or equivalent - Strong hands-on experience in: - SQL - Python and/or R - Tableau / Power BI - Good understanding of: - Marketing Analytics concepts - Digital marketing metrics and campaign tracking - Customer analytics (segmentation, engagement, retention) **Preferred Experience** - Exposure to domains like Retail, CPG, BFSI, Telecom, or E-commerce - Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms - Basic understanding of advanced modeling techniques used in marketing analytics - Experience working in consulting or analytics delivery teams Marketing
