Job description

**Role & responsibilities** Masters degree in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field Experience Required (Min Max year) - 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML including 2-3 years of experience in GenAI technology. - Strong expertise in LLM, deep learning, machine learning algorithms (e.g., supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning) and statistical modelling. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python - Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques and best practices. - Hands-on Experience with building and deploying Chatbot AI assistants using the RAG framework. - Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma DB) for RAG implementation. - Good working knowledge of AI Agents and Agentic AI framework - Experience with MCP, Multiagent Frameworks. - Experience with Memory Management and Context Engineering for Conversational Agents - Familiarity in developing and deploying E2E AI solutions in cloud platforms (AWS) - Should be proficient in using AI enabled coding tools e.g. github copilot, etc. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, Gitlab). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Ability to work in an Agile development environment - A strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment. **Preferred candidate profile** - Experience with GenAI, Data Science, Python, AWS, JIRA, Agile - Passion for the environment - Self-learner
