**Lead Data Scientist** Experience 8+ years in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Lead Data Scientist** to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced machine learning solutions that solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in **Machine Learning, Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, and Data Visualization platforms**, along with proven experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities - Lead the end-to-end development of machine learning and predictive analytics solutions. - Design, build, and optimize scalable ML models for classification, regression, forecasting, recommendation systems, and anomaly detection. - Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable business insights. - Utilize **Python**, **SQL**, **Pandas**, **NumPy**, and **SciPy** for data processing, statistical analysis, and model development. - Develop data pipelines and feature engineering frameworks to support ML initiatives. - Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations using platforms such as **Power BI, Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly**. - Evaluate model performance and implement continuous monitoring and improvement strategies. - Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, business stakeholders, and leadership teams. - Mentor and guide junior data scientists and analysts. - Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and strategic recommendations. - Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
