**Job Requirements** Looking for Embedded Lead Engineer with 6-8 years of experience **Work Experience** **Job Description: Embedded Lead Engineer** **Role Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Embedded Lead Engineer** to lead the design, development, and deployment of industrial embedded systems and IoT gateway solutions. Candidate should have strong expertise in **C++, Python, MQTT, Docker, and Industrial Communication Protocols such as OPC UA and Modbus**, along with experience leading technical teams and driving customer-facing solutions. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop high-performance and reliable solutions using **C++** and **Python**. - Design and implement communication frameworks using **MQTT** for cloud and edge connectivity. - Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications using **Docker**. - Integrate industrial devices and systems using **OPC UA**, **Modbus TCP/RTU**, and other industrial communication protocols. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions. - Drive system integration, debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting activities. - Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices. - Participate in architecture discussions, proposal development, and technical estimations. - Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, reliability, and quality standards for industrial products. - Good exposure in Agile/Scrum methodologies. **Required Skills & Technologies** - Strong programming experience in **C++ (C++11/14/17 or later)**. - Good proficiency in **Python** for automation, scripting, and tool development. - Hands-on experience with **MQTT** and IoT communication architectures. - Practical experience with **Docker** and containerized deployments. - Strong understanding of **OPC UA** and **Modbus** protocols. - Experience with Linux-based embedded systems (Yocto). - Knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, Ethernet, and serial communication. - Familiarity with software design patterns, multithreading, and system architecture **Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills** - Experience with Edge Gateways or Industrial IoT (IIoT) Systems. - Knowledge of OTA updates, and container orchestration. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
