We see technology not just as a tool but as a catalyst that amplifies human ingenuity to solve complex healthcare challenges. **100%** healthcare focus | Trusted by **140+** healthcare and life sciences enterprises | **40%** of Fortune 500 healthcare enterprises are our clients | **#1** Rated as a **leader** by top analyst firms **Our vision** To inspire new possibilities for the health ecosystem with technology and human ingenuity. **What is in it for you?** As a **Lead Engineer – Java GCP**, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. **Responsibilities: -** - Should have experience in writing consuming REST API - Experience in Design patterns microservices - Experience with Kafka streaming - Experience in multithreading and data structures - Experience working on Docker containers - Experience using GIT Junit Maven Jenkins Sonar - Agile product development experience is required - Good understanding of Google Cloud Platform and project experience of deployment to cloud - Excellent team player with strong communication inter-personal presentation skills - Good to have understanding of US HC especially on Clinical systems will be an added advantage - Gather complete understanding of the requirements and task out Epics/user stories planned in a Release/Sprint. - Understand the current and proposed design, and prepare HLD and LLD for Epics considering the dependencies. - Follow best coding practices & adherence to the code coverage metrics. - Write enough JUnits and test the developed pieces of code. - Demonstrate developed piece of code. - Collaborate with different teams like Client Architecture, Data Modeling team, and more. - Designed, implemented, and deployed scalable systems leveraging agentic IDEs and AI-assisted development workflows. **Experience: -** - 5 – 7 Years **Location: -** - Mumbai - Pune - Chennai **Educational Qualifications: -** - Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. - Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable. **Skills: -** **Mandatory Technical Skills: -** - Java 8+, Microservices Architecture - REST-based API design - Google Cloud Platform (GCP) - Spring Data JPA, SQL Databases, Spring, Sprint Boot **Good to Have Skills: -** - Experience in Jenkins - Experience working in Agile projects - Define architectural intent that agents can follow - Break features into agent executable tasks - Govern AI autonomy (guardrails, permissions, reviews) - Integrate agentic workflows into CI/CD pipelines - Experience in supervising AI agents across Multi service systems, Legacy modernization, and Large codebases/monorepos - Strong understanding of Security implications of autonomous code execution Compliance, auditability, and traceability - AI assisted SDLC operating models Core Responsibility: - Guide effective use of agentic IDEs for complex, multi-module or cross-service changes - Establish review practices and quality checks for AI-generated code - Mentor team members on balancing autonomy, correctness, and maintainability in AI-assisted development - Design system architectures that support AI-augmented and agentic development workflows - Define guardrails, standards, and governance for the use of autonomous coding agents - Evaluate impact of agentic IDEs on SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, security posture, and technical debt **Our commitment** To combine the best of IT services, consulting, products, accelerators, and frameworks with a client-first mindset and next-gen tech understanding.
