**Roles and Responsibilities :** - Lead the development team in designing, developing, testing, and deploying complex software applications using NCode. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop technical roadmaps. - Ensure high-quality code reviews and adherence to coding standards throughout the development process. - Troubleshoot issues and resolve bugs in a timely manner. **Job Requirements :** - 8-15 years of experience in leading engineering teams or similar roles. - Strong understanding of NCode programming language and its applications. - Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
