Lead Engineering manager ( Electrical designer)

Job description

- To support the development and delivery of multidisciplinary MEP designs, ensuring functional integration and adherence to project specifications, safety norms, and design standards. - Prepare design drawings, load calculations, and detailed engineering deliverables for MEP systems. - Coordinate across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection disciplines. - Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with applicable codes and client requirements. - Support BIM model coordination and clash resolution. - Provide inputs for design validation, cost optimization, and constructability reviews. - Internal Stakeholder : Design Lead, Project Engineers, BIM Coordinators, QA/QC Team - External Stakeholder : Consultants, Clients, Vendors, and Site Execution Teams - Minimum Qualifications : B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering - Years of Experience : 5–8 years - Nature of Ex. Electrical system design and coordination for large-scale projects using BIM and design software - Technical Skills : MEP system design and coordination & Design validation and cost optimization - Leadership / Behavioural Skills : Execution Planning and Problem Solving; Communication and Collaboration
