Lead Execution - Civil

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Lead end-to-end civil execution for MW utility-scale solar power projects, ensuring timely and quality completion. - Manage civil works for solar module foundations, inverter/transformer foundations, substation, switchyard, and associated structures. - Strong experience in transmission line civil works, including tower foundation construction and execution. - Supervise excavation, PCC/RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, grouting, equipment foundations, and structural works. - Coordinate with client, consultants, EPC teams, subcontractors, QA/QC, and HSE teams for smooth project execution. - Review civil drawings, BOQ, specifications, method statements, and ITPs and ensure compliance with approved requirements. - Monitor site progress, manpower, materials, productivity, quality, and contractor performance against project schedules. - Lead inspections, quantity verification, billing certification, punch-point closure, and final handover of civil works.
