Lead Full Stack Developer – React.js & Node.js

Capgemini is seeking an experienced **Lead Full Stack Developer** with strong expertise in **React.js and Node.js** to design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience across front-end and back-end development, API design, microservices, cloud technologies, and Agile delivery environments. **Experience:** 9–12 Years **Location:** Hyderabad **Notice Period:** Immediate to 30 Days **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and maintain scalable web applications using **React.js, Node.js, and Express.js** . - Build reusable, responsive UI components and robust RESTful APIs. - Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Participate in architecture discussions and drive technical best practices. - Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers. - Support CI/CD implementation and Agile/Scrum delivery processes. **Required Skills** - Strong expertise in **React.js** (Hooks, Redux, Context API). - Hands-on experience with **Node.js** and **Express.js** . - Proficiency in **JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3** . - Experience in **REST API development and integration** . - Strong knowledge of **MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL** . - Experience with **Microservices Architecture** . - Hands-on experience with **Git** , CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. - Exposure to cloud platforms such as **Azure, AWS, or GCP** . **Preferred Skills** - Cloud-native application development. - Containerization and modern deployment practices. - Experience leading development teams and mentoring engineers.
