We are seeking a Lead Functional Consultant with deep expertise in SAP SD IS Retail to drive solution design, project delivery, and continuous improvement across multiple business formats, channels, countries, and business models. Responsibilities • Translate business needs into advanced capabilities using best-in-class standard packages • Identify necessary localization or enhancements, supported by clear business cases • Create functional requirements to guide application design and development • Propose solutions, configure the system and write detailed WRICEF functional specifications • Coordinate with offshore development teams to ensure technical solutions align with functional requirements and quality standards • Conduct Unit/Functional testing and support integration and user acceptance test (UAT) • Deliver scalable, sustainable and integrated Business Solutions across multiple Formats, Channels, Countries and Business Models • Contribute to Change Management efforts by providing training content and supporting organizational transformation • Provide 3rd Level functional support, application administration, and troubleshooting across all European Operating Companies in scope • Collaborate with peers across applications/modules to ensure seamless integration • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure optimal cooperation • Identify opportunities for business process and system enhancements in collaboration with the vendor, and promote continuous improvement by evaluating work processes and user experiences Requirements • 10+ years of experience implementing SAP applications • Expertise in SAP SD and IS Retail modules • Knowledge of WRICEF functional specification design and configuration • Skills in coordinating offshore development teams and conducting Unit/Functional and User Acceptance Testing • Background in Change Management, training delivery, and organizational transformation support • Proficiency in providing 3rd Level functional support and application administration across multiple operating companies • Understanding of business process design across multiple formats, channels, countries, and business models We offer • Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies • Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications • Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms • Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons • Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions • Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects • Focused individual development • Benefit package: • Health benefits • Retirement benefits • Paid time off • Flexible benefits • Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
