Lead .Net L3 Production Support (US Healthcare + Automation)

Job description

We are looking for a **Lead** **.Net** **L3** **Production Support (US Healthcare + Automation)** with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities to support critical healthcare applications and integration workflows. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience leading support teams, and a proactive approach to incident management and automation. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead L3 production support for **Facets /** **Guiding Care** integrations and related healthcare applications. - Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving APIs, middleware, application logs, and SQL databases. - Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement minor bug fixes/enhancements using **C#/.NET** . - Develop **Python-based or any kind of automation (RPA)** for monitoring, configuration validation, and regression testing. - Collaborate with Support, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams on incident resolution, hotfixes, and releases. - Monitor integration endpoints, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability. - Maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation. - Participate in a 24x7 on-call support model and drive major incident management activities. - Mentor team members and provide technical leadership for production support initiatives. **Required Skills** - 9+ years of experience in Application/Production Support. - Strong hands-on experience with **C#/.NET, Python (added advantage), and SQL Server** . - Expertise in troubleshooting **REST APIs, integrations, middleware, and database issues** . - Experience with **healthcare applications and integration workflows (Guiding Care preferred).** - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and coordinate across teams. **Preferred** - Healthcare/Payer domain experience. - Exposure to Azure/AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. **Locations:** Chennai / Pune / Bangalore / Hyderabad / Vadodara **Shift:** 2 PM to 11 PM IST **Work Mode:** Hybrid **Preferred:** Immediate Joiners (or) Less than 30 Days' Notice Period
