You will work closely with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams, taking ownership of projects from conception through execution and launch. - Work with multiple stakeholders and teams across product, tech and business to drive multiple projects in parallel. - Independently drive and lead projects end-to-end — from problem definition and planning to execution, launch and post-launch tracking. - Own and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for new products, features and business initiatives, ensuring smooth and impactful launches. - Leverage your understanding of equity markets and F&O trading to identify business opportunities and shape initiatives that create value for traders and investors. - Track and analyse business performance metrics using SQL and Excel, identify gaps and opportunities, and convert insights into concrete action plans. - Collaborate with internal business verticals to drive core org KPIs, crystallize problems/goals into concrete requirements and convert them into clear, actionable items. - Coordinate day-to-day with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies,remove blockers and keep projects on track. - Take initiative and address things hands-on — you persevere when others give up. **Who you are:** - Engineering / MBA degree from a Tier-1 institution. - 3–5 years of overall work experience, preferably in fintech, broking, startup ecosystem or consulting. - Sound knowledge of equity markets, F&O and algo trading — enough to understand the business context and contribute meaningfully. - Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel; highly efficient in analytics and deriving insights from data. - Demonstrated ability to drive and lead projects independently with strong ownership across multiple stakeholders and teams. - Data-driven decision-making ability with strong ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple tasks. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. **At Angel One, our thriving culture is rooted in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).** *As an Equal opportunity employer, we wholeheartedly welcome people from all backgrounds irrespective of caste, religion, gender, marital status, sexuality, disability, class or age to be part of our team.
