Lead - Non Core Applications - SBIG - Thane

Job description

**Roles & Responsibilities:** - Lead end-to-end management of Non-Core Applications: Oracle Financials, Digi Procure S2P, M-Fund, Darwinbox, LegaDox, Econcile, and E-Compliance. - Ensure system availability, performance, user access control, and compliance with IT policies. - Manage upgrades, integrations, UAT, and production deployments across Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement & Compliance systems. - Deliver major projects including Oracle Financials upgrade, TCS Banca integration, Marine system integration, and LegaDox implementation. - Coordinate with stakeholders and vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and process improvements. - Drive automation, streamline workflows, and support audit and compliance requirements. - Provide user training, documentation, and change management support. **Key Skills:** - Oracle Financials (AP/AR), 12.2.12 & 19C upgrade knowledge - Procurement systems (S2P), HRMS (Darwinbox) - Contract management (LegaDox), Reconciliation (Econcile), Compliance systems - Integration management (APIs/Webservices) - SQL (Basic), Data analysis - Application support & UAT coordination **Note: General Insurance/NBFC experience preferred.**
