### Principal Accountabilities - Drive business growth, revenue generation, profitability, and achievement of sales targets across assigned branches, regions, or products. - Develop and execute sales, product, operational, and business strategies aligned with organizational objectives. - Recruit, train, coach, and manage teams including Sales Officers, Relationship Managers, Team Leaders, DSAs, Contact Center staff, and branch personnel. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, OEMs, dealers, connectors, referrers, and key stakeholders. - Manage sales operations from lead generation to loan disbursement, ensuring process adherence and customer satisfaction. - Oversee customer onboarding, credit card sales, collections, customer service, and operational activities across assigned locations. - Monitor portfolio performance, disbursements, collections, reconciliation, delinquency, NPAs, and key business metrics. - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, audit standards, legal guidelines, and risk management frameworks. - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and portfolio reviews to identify growth opportunities and product enhancements. - Collaborate with Credit, Operations, Risk, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Marketing, and Finance teams to drive business outcomes. - Develop, launch, and manage lending and financial products, including secured and unsecured loans, LAP, machinery finance, medical equipment finance, and fintech solutions. - Drive process improvements, digital transformation initiatives, operational efficiencies, and automation projects. - Lead funding, supply chain finance, collections, and customer service functions while ensuring quality standards and service excellence. - Prepare and present business performance reports, MIS, audits, forecasts, budgets, and strategic recommendations to senior management. - Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure sustainable business growth through effective governance and people management. ### Qualification, Experience & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Commerce, Law, Management, Economics, Technology, or a related field; MBA/Postgraduate qualification preferred for senior roles. - Relevant experience in NBFCs, Banking, Financial Services, Lending, Collections, Operations, Customer Service, Contact Centers, Product Management, Credit, Legal, Risk, or Sales. - Proven experience in team leadership, people management, target achievement, and business development. - Strong understanding of lending products including Business Loans, LAP, Equipment Finance, Machinery Loans, Medical Equipment Finance, Credit Cards, and Retail Assets. - Sound knowledge of NBFC regulations, compliance frameworks, risk management practices, and regulatory requirements. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and financial assessment capabilities. - Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. - Experience in market analysis, portfolio management, product development, customer onboarding, collections, and operational excellence. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM applications, MIS reporting, financial analysis tools, and relevant business software. - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive cross-functional collaboration, and execute strategic initiatives. - Self-motivated, customer-focused, result-oriented, and capable of performing in fast-paced environments. - Strong leadership, coaching, training, and team development capabilities.
