🚀 **Accenture is Hiring: Lead – Policy Advocacy, Regulatory Affairs** 📍 **Location:** Pan India 📌 **Experience:** 15+ Years (Government Relations, Public Policy, Corporate Affairs, Regulatory Affairs) Accenture is seeking a seasoned **Policy Advocacy & Regulatory Affairs Leader** to drive strategic engagement with Government stakeholders, industry chambers, and regulatory bodies across India's evolving policy landscape. This role will serve as a key advisor on regulatory developments, lead advocacy initiatives, and represent Accenture in high-impact policy forums. **🔹 Key Responsibilities** ✅ Lead Accenture India's policy advocacy agenda across technology, data privacy, labor, AI governance, and regulatory frameworks ✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with key Government stakeholders, including ministries, regulators, and state-level authorities ✅ Monitor emerging policy developments and provide actionable regulatory intelligence to business and leadership teams ✅ Develop advocacy strategies and represent Accenture in Government consultations, expert committees, and policy discussions ✅ Drive strategic engagement with industry chambers such as NASSCOM, CII, FICCI, AMCHAM, USIBC, and other relevant forums ✅ Partner with Legal, Compliance, and Business teams to translate regulatory developments into business opportunities, risk mitigation strategies, and governance actions ✅ Prepare executive briefings, leadership updates, and policy insights for senior leadership **🔹 What We're Looking For** ✔ Established relationships within key Government of India ministries and regulatory bodies ✔ Deep understanding of India's regulatory landscape, including: - DPDP Act - AI Governance - IT Rules - Labour Codes - Telecom Regulations - CERT-In Guidelines - FDI and GCC-related policies ✔ Proven experience in policy advocacy, stakeholder management, and regulatory affairs ✔ Strong experience engaging with industry chambers and policy working groups at a leadership level ✔ Ability to develop structured advocacy plans and influence policy outcomes ✔ Excellent communication, executive presentation, and relationship-building skills **💡 Preferred Qualifications** 🔸 Experience in Corporate Affairs, Public Policy, Government Relations, or Regulatory Affairs within a large MNC, consulting, or technology organization 🔸 Understanding of GCC ecosystem, investment promotion frameworks, and state-level policy initiatives 🔸 Background in Law, Public Policy, Economics, Public Administration, or related disciplines 🔸 Familiarity with the technology services industry and its regulatory environment 🔸 Exposure to Industrial Relations (IR) will be an added advantage 📢 **Interested candidates can apply through the careers portal using below link** Lead Policy Advocacy Regulatory Affairs and Industry Chambers and also please share you cv with v.b.balaji@accenture.com #AccentureHiring #GovernmentRelations #PublicPolicy #RegulatoryAffairs #PolicyAdvocacy #CorporateAffairs #DataPrivacy #AIGovernance #NASSCOM #FICCI #CII #GovernmentAffairs #LeadershipHiring #BengaluruJobs #CareersAtAccenture Lead Policy Advocacy Regulatory Affairs and Industry Chambers Learn more about applying for Lead Policy Advocacy Regulatory Affairs and Industry Chambers position at Accenture.
