Role reports to: Manager, Visualization Location: Bengaluru, IN   What you will do  We are seeking an experienced Lead - Power Platform with deep hands-on expertise across the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure ecosystem. This role is a senior technical contributor focused on designing, developing, and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing analytics and low-code solutions.The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, along with advanced data modeling and integration capabilities. This role requires end-to-end technical ownership of solution development, including governance, access management, and platform optimization. Preferred experience in the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry, particularly within the Supply Chain domain, is highly desirable.   Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end solutions using Power Platform including Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse. • Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports with optimized data models and efficient DAX calculations. • Build and manage scalable data models leveraging Dataverse and Azure data services. • Implement and maintain Power Platform environments, including environment strategy, solution management, and deployment pipelines. • Configure and manage on-premises and cloud data gateways for secure and reliable data connectivity • Implement role-based access control (RBAC), row-level security (RLS), and data governance policies across Power Platform solutions. • Develop workflows and automations using Power Automate to streamline business processes and integrate systems • Build canvas and model-driven apps using Power Apps, ensuring usability, performance, and scalability. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Databricks. • Design and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and reporting pipelines. • Develop and optimize complex SQL queries and data transformations. • Implement monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Power Platform and BI solutions. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and best practices within an agile development setup. • Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to junior developers as needed.
