Job description

**Responsibilities** **Pre-Development & Site Assessment Studies** - Coordinate site identification, screening, selection, feasibility assessment, and project development studies for proposed nuclear power projects. - Manage consultants and technical agencies - Monitor study schedules, deliverables, budgets, and interfaces across multiple agencies. - Support preparation of scope documents, site characterization reports, safety documentation, Detailed project reports, and project development plans. **Project Planning, Scheduling & Development management** - Optimize project execution timelines through identification of schedule risks, critical paths, and acceleration opportunities. - Monitor progress against development plans & ensure timely completion - Identify risks affecting project timelines & develop mitigation strategies **Capex formulation & Techno Commercial Assessment** - Support development of project CAPEX estimates and cost models for nuclear projects. - Coordination & validation of technical & commercial inputs required for cost estimation. - Nuclear equipment manufacturing ecosystem assessment & OEM capability assessment **Regulatory & Statutory Clearances** - Coordinate approvals and regulatory interactions with regulatory agencies - Track regulatory requirements, submission schedules, and approval milestones. - Support preparation of technical submissions, applications, & compliance reports. **Documentation, Reporting & Compliance** - Maintain regulatory compliance records, approval databases and study trackers - Support development of DPRs, site assessment reports & technical submissions. - Prepare management updates, executive summaries, board presentations, and project status reports. - Ensure timely reporting of project progress, risks, regulatory developments, and key decision requirements. **Education** - B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, Nuclear Engineering, Energy Engineering, or related discipline, OR - Graduation with master’s degree in Energy, Environmental Management, Nuclear Engineering, Public Policy, Project Management, Finance, Marketing, Operations & SCM. **Experience** - 3–4 years of experience in: - Nuclear, Power, Infrastructure, Energy, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Projects. - Managing technical studies and consultant coordination. **Qualifications** - Nuclear Project Development - Project Scheduling & Planning - CAPEX Formulation & Cost Estimation - Regulatory Approvals & Licensing - Site Selection & Feasibility Studies - DPR Development & Technical Documentation - Project Controls & Progress Monitoring - Report Writing & Executive Presentations - Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Primavera P6, MS Project and Project Management Tools
