As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in the design of the middle office solution for new and existing customers. We are now looking for a Lead Product Manager to strengthen the Product Management team in Mumbai. You will be responsible for driving the design of our Limit solution used by Banks and Asset Managers across the world. Join the Calypso R&D organization, within the product management team, Contribute to the module roadmap, backlog, and product requirements, supporting diverse client needs and strategic Nasdaq project commitments. Your roles and responsibilities include : You will  join our Product team as a Product Manager. This role is a tremendous opportunity to contribute to the development and rollout of our Limits solutions and requires someone with the strong motivation and desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Our Limits solutions is used by banks or assets managers across the world to set various kind of limits (e.g. Counterparty Credit Risk, Issuer Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, Stop-Loss) that will be checked as part of the batch process every end of the day or intraday when booking a new trade as part of a pre-deal check process. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a strong experienced team delivering complex technology solutions to international clients. You will work with and learn from subject matter experts, and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress within the Product Management team.  Besides working closely with your colleagues in Pune, Mumbai, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries. Furthermore, you will:  • Identify functional gaps and document business requirements. • Iteratively test developed software, to ensure that Monitor and make sure developed functionalities work consistently across versions. • Work closely with our internal teams including Engineering, Quality Analysts, and Professional Services to gather requirements on new features/functionalities. • Collaborate with the Engineers to design the accurate solutions and with the Quality Assurance team to develop test cases. •  Automate testing processes. •  Analyze defects and write documentation. • Conduct performance testing, review results, identify bottlenecks. • Maintain strong knowledge of buy-side and sell-side regulatory limits, capital markets workflows, and risk management practices, Basle and UCITS regulations. We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications) • At least 5-8 years working experience within the banking/financial industry • A good understanding of Capital Markets financial products in general (securities, derivatives, repos/reverse repos). • Collaboration and communication aptitude necessary to share complex ideas succinctly and accurately both in written and verbal forms. • Strong attention to detail. • Business Analysis Skills with strong Analytical Background. • Ability to work with minimal supervision, be a fast learner, self-motivated, team player, and collaborator with strong problem-solving skills. • Good oral and written communication skills in English are essential • Experience of working in a Software company. • Education Required: MBA or Masters’ in Marketing, Commerce or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
