Roles and Responsibilities : • To manage overall Product development [TW & Pre-Owned Cars] for the VF department • To track and monitor overall VF portfolio health [TW & Pre-Owned Cars Business] • To automate processes and provide enablers for growth of business • Define & lead the product vision, planning & strategy for the department • Oversee the product development & go to market strategy for the TW product • Oversee the overall budgeting plan for the department • Leverage ancillary product [Trade Advance] and help in setting up of Inventory Funding • Develop tech enablers for growth of business and to improve process efficiency • Participate in negotiations and setting up collaborations with DSA/Fintech partners • Competitor benchmarking and market study to upgrade existing product and services Qualifications : • Degree/PG / MBA or equivalent Job Requirements : • Minimum 11-13 years of overall experience in managing product development and strategy with minimum 2-3 years of related experience [proven track record of managing portfolio in similar capacity] • Experience in Vehicle Finance Product [TW, Pre-Owned Cars, Light Commercial Vehicle, etc will be preferred]
