Job Description: ATE T2K Test Engineer Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled ATE Test Engineer with specialized expertise in the Advantest T2000 (T2K) platform or similar Advantest tester platform. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of semiconductor production and characterization of test programs for complex digital, analog, or mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs). You will collaborate closely with Design, Product Engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective test solutions that minimize time-to-market. Key Responsibilities - Test Program Development: Write, debug, and optimize ATE test programs on the Advantest T2000 platform - New Product Introduction (NPI): Own the silicon bring-up and correlation processes and release stable production of ATE Programs. - Yield & Cost Optimization: Drive manufacturing yield enhancement and Test Time Reduction (TTR) initiatives through structural test program optimizations. - Data Analysis & Triage: Analyze Standard Test Data Format (STDF) logs to isolate failure mechanisms, address lot-on-hold dispositions, and perform Gauge R&R studies. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills: - Hands-on proficiency with the Advantest T2000 (T2K) ATE platform or similar Tester platforms like Advantest V93K/ Eagle testers and operating software. - Having understood of DFT concepts (Scan, ATPG, MBIST, Boundary Scan). - Having knowledge in programming and debugging test applications using C/C++, Python, or Perl scripting. - Basic knowledge with semiconductor testing methodologies for Digital, Mixed Signal, or RF IC applications. - Familiarity with common laboratory instruments (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multi-meters) for first-level hardware debugging. Education & Experience: - Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering (EE), Electronics & Communication. - Experience: 3+ years of direct experience in semiconductor ATE test program engineering, with at least 1–2 years focused on the T2000 system or similar advantest tester platform like Verigy93K/ Eagle testers.
