## **At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Materials, or related engineering discipline **Experience** - 10+ years in QA / software testing - Experience in PLM or materials domain preferred **Skills & Competencies** - Strong expertise in manual testing (ISTQB preferred) - Understanding of web-based application testing and CAE/FEA concepts - Exposure to automation tools (Selenium/Playwright preferred) - Working knowledge of Windows/Linux and databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) - Basic programming in Java, Python, or JavaScript - Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills **Key Responsibilities** - Own end-to-end testing for web-based engineering applications - Design and execute functional and non-functional test strategies - Perform requirement analysis, test design, execution, and defect tracking - Act as customer-facing technical lead for issue analysis and solutioning - Support and contribute to automation and AI-driven testing initiatives - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery - Drive improvements in test coverage and efficiency **Preferred** - Agile/Scrum exposure - Experience with security testing and CI/CD tools ## **We’re doing work that matters.
