**Job Description:** Lead React Native Developer **Position:** Lead React Native Developer **Experience:** 8+ Years (5+ years in React Native) **Location:** Noida **Employment Type:** Full-Time Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead React Native Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React Native, mobile architecture, team leadership, and modern development practices. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and performant mobile solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms. - Define and implement scalable mobile architecture, coding standards, and best practices. - Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers through code reviews, technical coaching, and career development. - Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Drive technical decision-making, solution architecture, and technology adoption. - Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience. - Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party SDKs. - Ensure application security, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards. - Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management processes. - Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvements. - Participate in sprint planning, estimation, technical design discussions, and stakeholder reviews. - Stay current with emerging mobile technologies, React Native ecosystem updates, and industry best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of software development experience with at least 5+ years in React Native development. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. - Deep understanding of React Native architecture, component lifecycle, state management, and performance optimization. - Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, MobX, or React Context. - Strong knowledge of native mobile development concepts for both iOS and Android. - Experience integrating REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and third-party libraries. - Proficiency with mobile debugging, profiling, and performance monitoring tools. - Experience with Git, branching strategies, and collaborative development workflows. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bitrise, Fastlane, or similar. - Strong understanding of mobile security best practices, authentication, encryption, and secure data storage. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience leading development teams and delivering enterprise-scale mobile applications
