The BDO RISE Webcast Engagement Analytics Reporting Sr. Specialist is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on ON24 webcast performance across individual events and BDO s full webcast programs. This role will use ON24 dashboards and reporting tools to track registration and attendance trends, engagement scores, engagement minutes, UTM sources, poll/QA/chat/survey activity, downloads, CTA conversions, on-demand views, and audience behavior over time. The role also develops post-event and cross-webcast reporting, identifies key moments and high-performing content, maintains attendee engagement profiles and lead-prioritization data, and supports CRM/MAP integrations to help marketing and sales teams measure pipeline influence, benchmark performance, and improve future webcast strategy. Job Duties **General Responsibilities:** - **Key responsibilities:** build recurring and ad hoc ON24 reports, analyze event and account-wide trends, and summarize insights for stakeholders. - **Metrics owned:** registrants vs. attendees, attendance timelines, engagement score, engagement minutes, interactivity, CTA conversions, on-demand views, and content performance. - **Lead reporting:** identify Power Leads, maintain prospect engagement profiles, and surface buying-intent signals for follow-up. - **Program analytics:** track campaign trends across webcasts, compare results to benchmarks, and evaluate content/topic performance across the webinar portfolio. - Other duties as required **Supervisory Responsibilities:** - N/A Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities **Education:** - High School Diploma or GED, required - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or another related field, preferred **Experience:** - Three (3) or more years of experience in a training/media production role - Experience in a detail-oriented task-based role that highly leverages technology, required - Experience with audio and basic video production, preferred - Experience with interpreting regulatory guidelines, rules, and laws, preferred - Experience at a professional services firm, preferred - Experience in writing effective learning objectives, preferred **License/Certifications:** - N/A **Software:** - Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, required - CRM experience, preferred - Experience with ON24 webcast or other webcast platform - preferred **Language:** - N/A **Other Knowledge, Skills Abilities:** - Ability to understand and interpret NASBA and AICPA guidelines - Ability and willingness to learn new applications with minimum supervision/instruction - Strong customer service attitude with the ability to provide guidance to internal customers - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage expectations and customer demands - Capable of handling details accurately and in a timely manner - Works harmoniously and effectively with others as part of a team - Excellent active listening, written and verbal communication skills - Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines with varying degrees of pressure; have the ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently and collaboratively, and make decisions; and manage and develop multiple projects simultaneously based on priority and project stage Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
