Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Facebook. **Job Description** # **Lead, Resource Management** ## **Role Purpose** The Lead, Resource Management is a key member of the Talent Supply Chain (TSC) leadership team, responsible for leading Resource Management for a Technology Vertical /Capability. The role drives workforce planning, demand-supply optimization, staffing strategy, talent fulfillment, workforce analytics, and operational excellence to ensure the right talent is available at the right time while maximizing business performance, workforce agility, and talent outcomes. As the leader of Demand, Supply, and Fulfillment, the incumbent will develop scalable workforce strategies, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, and drive data-led decision-making to support growth and operational effectiveness. ## **Key Responsibilities** ### **Workforce Strategy & Leadership** - Develop workforce model for the business to meet its growth and margin targets. - Serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders on workforce capacity, talent availability, fulfillment risks, and staffing investments. - Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and performance metrics to drive accountability and business outcomes. - Build and lead a high-performing Resource Management organization. ### **Demand-Supply Planning & Fulfillment** - Lead e-2-e Demand-Supply Planning, Fulfillment, and Resource Management operations. - Optimize workforce deployment, utilization, staffing, and fulfillment outcomes. - Partner with Delivery, Sales, Talent Match, Recruiting, and HR teams to ensure timely and effective talent fulfillment. - Build proactive workforce supply strategies through internal mobility, redeployment, workforce readiness, and capability planning. - Anticipate demand shifts and mitigate workforce risks to support business growth. ### **Workforce Analytics & Insights** - Ensure workforce data quality across demand forecasts, skills inventory, resource availability, utilization, and fulfillment metrics. - Deliver actionable insights that improve forecasting accuracy, workforce productivity, and business performance. - Establish workforce scorecards and governance mechanisms to support executive decision-making. ### **Operational Excellence** - Drive process standardization and scalable operating models. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, transparency, and workforce productivity. - Embed governance, best practices, and operational discipline across workforce planning and staffing processes. ### **Stakeholder & Team Leadership** - Build strong partnerships with senior leaders across Delivery, Sales, HR, Recruiting, Finance, and Talent Supply Chain. - Influence workforce decisions through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. - Lead and develop a high-performing global Resource Management team. - Ensure alignment between workforce strategies, talent priorities, and business objectives. ## **Success Measures** - Improved demand forecast accuracy and fulfillment effectiveness. - Enhanced workforce utilization, productivity, and talent mobility. - Improved staffing effectiveness and workforce readiness. - Increased adoption of workforce analytics and governance practices. - Successful delivery of workforce transformation and operational excellence initiatives. - Measurable contribution to business growth, profitability, and stakeholder satisfaction. **Experience** - Deep experience in one or more areas of Strategic Planning and Operations in Tech.
