In this role, you’ll help streamline business operations, optimize workflows, and bring scalable automation to life using Automation Anywhere's digital workforce platform. Location - Hyderabad/Bengaluru Mode - Hybrid, 3 days in a week Experience - 6-8 Years Key Responsibilities - Design and develop automation workflows using Automation Anywhere A360 - Collaborate with business analysts and process SMEs to gather requirements and map automatable processes - Build robust bots including attended, unattended, and IQ Bot-based solutions - Maintain reusable automation components and ensure code modularity - Perform unit testing and participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality - Assist in deploying bots to production and monitor their performance - Maintain detailed documentation including PDDs and SDDs for governance and audit purposes - Support production bots and troubleshoot issues as needed - Stay current with new Automation Anywhere features and industry trends Required Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years of experience developing with Automation Anywhere (preferably A360) - Proficiency with bot development lifecycle and best practices - Experience with IQ Bot, MetaBots, and Control Room functionality - Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data handling (JSON/XML) - Solid understanding of exception handling, logging, and error recovery strategies - Knowledge of RPA governance, security, and compliance standards Preferred Skills - Experience with Python, VBScript, or JavaScript - Exposure to other automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) is a plus - Understanding of OCR/NLP technologies - Experience working in Agile environments
