**Job Requirements** This role is responsible for supporting and driving all aspects of Occupational Safety and Health across the retail network. The incumbent will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of safety management systems, contractor safety programs, project safety initiatives, and safety culture enhancement across retail operations. The role will be accountable for strengthening safety governance through initiatives such as the **Tata Safety & Health Management System (TSHMS)**, **Project Suraksha**, **Contractor Safety Management System** **(CSMS)**, safety assessments, capability building, and behavioural safety programs. The position will work closely with business teams to ensure effective risk management, regulatory compliance, and the development of a proactive safety culture across stores, projects, warehouses, and associated business operations. **Work Experience** Relevant Experience : 15+ years Behavioural Skills: •      High level of professionalism, integrity and commitment •      Ability to influence key stakeholders •      Ability to manage time and prioritise effectively Ability to analyse complex data, draw connections and advocate a coherent strategy for improvement Knowledge: •      Understanding of Legal requirements in Manufacturing •      ISO 45001 •      Understanding of Chemical, Electrical & mechanical Safety protocols •      Behavioural based safety understanding and Implementation •      Industry 4.0 Work place Ergonomics
