**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support critical business processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce development, solution architecture, integrations, and technical leadership. This role requires hands-on development, mentoring team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of high-quality Salesforce applications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions across multiple business domains. - Develop and maintain custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs. - Design and implement scalable trigger frameworks and asynchronous processing solutions. - Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. - Build and optimize Salesforce Flows and declarative automation. - Drive technical design discussions and solution reviews. - Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and middleware solutions. - Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards. - Implement source-driven development using Salesforce DX and Git.
