Job Description As the SAP ABAP Lead, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge SAP technical solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving successful implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants and business stakeholders, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with business needs. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Responsibilities • Lead and manage a team of SAP ABAP developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship. • Design and develop SAP technical solutions, focusing on S/4HANA, to meet project requirements. • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions. • Ensure the quality and performance of SAP technical implementations, conducting thorough testing and optimization. • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in SAP technical architecture and development practices. • Provide technical expertise and support during SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and enhancement projects. • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and incorporate them into project solutions. • Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring knowledge transfer and knowledge management. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions with other systems. • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Qualifications • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and implementation. • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and its technical architecture. • Proven experience in leading and managing SAP ABAP development teams. • Strong expertise in SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts. • Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development is highly desirable. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. • A proactive and innovative approach to SAP technical solutions. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new SAP technologies and trends.
