The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with **Power BI, SAS, and SQL**, along with a solid understanding of data analytics and visualization. **Key Responsibilities** - Extract, clean, and transform data using **SAS and SQL** - Analyze large datasets to uncover business insights and trends - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization in reports - Perform data validation and troubleshoot reporting issues - Support ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests **Required Skills (Mandatory)** - Strong hands-on experience in **SAS** - Proficiency in **SQL** for data extraction and manipulation - Working knowledge of **Power BI** - Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills** - Good understanding of data visualization best practices. **Preferred Skills (Good to Have)** - Basic knowledge of **Python** for data analysis or automation - Understanding of ETL processes and data pipelines.
