You will apply a broad range of software engineering practices while advocating for client needs and contributing to our engineering culture. **Responsibilities** - Design, develop and improve the digital products and technology services provided to clients and employees - Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment - Ensure the quality, security, reliability and compliance of solutions by applying digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements - Build observability into solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents and remediate the root cause of risks and issues - Understand, represent and advocate for client needs - Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities **Requirements** - 6-15 years of experience in software engineering - Bachelor's and/or Master's degree or equivalent focusing on Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline - Strong expertise in C# and .NET Core - Knowledge of messaging platforms, ideally Kafka - Familiarity with containers, ideally Kubernetes - Background in Agile, Test Driven Development and DevOps practices - Showcase of engineering best practices and delivering Clean Code as a Software Craftsperson - Good communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for figuring out how things work - Keen interest in understanding how the business works alongside a passion for learning and innovation **Nice to have** - Understanding of Microservice and Event-Driven architecture - Expertise in Cloud architecture and engineering, ideally on Microsoft Azure (Kubernetes Service, Container Apps, App Service, Functions, Event Grid and Service Bus) **We offer** - Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies - Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications - Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms - Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons - Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions - Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects - Focused individual development - Benefit package: - Health benefits - Retirement benefits - Paid time off - Flexible benefits - Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
