Job Summary This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. BFL is building a 3in1 App encompassing all its Products and Services. The objective of the team is to deliver a nimble and cutting-edge Mobile App which hosts all SME relevant products and services. Being a Mobile app platform, its imperative to build this as a minimal click framework to reduce customer effort. The unit will be responsible for creating the user story documentation with respective businesses and functions, refine these requirements and curate the same to create horizontal solutions on the 3in1 App. The team would then work with Marketing team for the UI/UX and IT team for the technology delivery of the app platform. Duties and Responsibilities - Generate ideas for improvement processes and brainstorm impact with counterparts in Functions/ Business team and gauge feasibility for automation - Add strategic value to processes through competition mapping and best practices adoption in mobile App World - Participate in presentation with project priorities Required Qualifications and Experience **Skills and Knowledge** (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications - Qualifications MBA/Post Graduate Degree, A degree in IT is preferred - Work Experience 6-7 years of experience Hands-on field experience preferred - Experience in project management, team management and stakeholder management preferred - Should have strong understanding of operational systems and a technological bent to understand latest technologies and their business use cases - Technology orientation and attitude to challenge status-quo. - High degree of passion and self-belief. - Collaborative work style to engage with peers colleagues in other functions across the company. - Exceptionally high motivational levels and a self-starter. - Should possess the below skill sets: - Team Management Skills - Relationship Management Skills - Excellent Communication Interpersonal Skills - Negotiation Skills - Influencing Skills - Analytical Problem Solving Skills
