**Lead Software Engineer** **Experience:** 07+ years **Location:** Bengaluru, India **Required Skills and Experience:** **Core Competencies** - Hands on Engineer with 7+ years of professional experience in web application design and development, software engineering. Experience with cloud native applications, microservices architectures with strong focus on web applications. - 3+ years managing web engineering delivery teams - 7+ years of experience in Angular.js, Node.js, TypeScript building enterprise-grade single-page highly performant applications. Solid understanding of JavaScript fundamentals with proven experience designing and consuming rest and graphql APIs - Shipped production level Angular/Node.js application with high availability and throughput deployed to cloud platforms with strong knowledge of web standards and new technologies - Demonstrated strong analytical skills to break down complex initiatives into well-scoped, deliverable engineering tasks. - Experience managing delivery team utilizing Agile methodologies - Experience in creating architecture designs working experience with highly scalable architectures, patterns, and technologies. **Generative AI Experience** - Have experience with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, Kiro) to accelerate code generation, refactoring, code review, documentation, and test authoring. - Have a good understanding of prompt engineering, context window management and evaluate AI-generated code critically while applying sound engineering practices. **Secondary** - Good troubleshooting skills for triaging problems in production and test environments. - Success at achieving sophisticated technology goals on time and on budget. - Ability to navigate complex organizations across both technology and business teams. - Excellent written and verbal communications, proven ability to develop and deliver presentations for Executive Management. - Proven experience managing software development, lifecycle platforms and tools **Preferred Skills:** - Knowledge of web automation testing strategies (unit, integration), web application profiling, web performance optimization, web security compliance, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design. - Experience with AI-assisted test generation and AI-driven code review tooling.
