Job Title: Lead Software Engineer\\_Automation .Net Experience: 8 - 10 Years Category: IT Infrastructure Main location: Bangalore / Chennai Position ID: J0526-1814 Job Description: Roles & Responsibilities: Lead Software Engineer 8 to 10 years of experience Technical Leadership & Team Management & Mentorship . Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers to improve technical and problem-solving skills . Allocate tasks based on team strengths and review project priorities . Agile & Collaboration Actively participate in daily standup call and drive continuous improvement initiatives on assigned tasks . DevOps & CI/CD Oversight: Promote automation in testing, deployment, and environment setup . Oversee integrations with external services such as Microsoft Graph API . Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and data handling practices . Enforce SG coding standards, testing practices, and documentation across the team . Monitor the Automation tasks backlogs and ensure to deiver as per the timeline . Define architecture, design patterns, and best practices for the development team . Guide the team in adopting modern technologies such as containerization and cloud integrations Project Automation Delivery: . Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders across globally to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions . Ensure timely delivery of features aligned with sprint goals and project timelines . Identify risks and proactively address blockers to keep automation tasks on track Technical skills: . C# / .NET (recent version): development of simple APIs and services . GitHub / GitHub Actions: basic CI/CD (build, tests, straightforward deployment) . Microsoft Graph API: use of the .NET SDK for standard API calls . Docker: ability to build and run containers or Kubernetes . Team collaboration in a Scrum environment . Experience on frontend design : Like any Javascript library and Razor or Blazor . Good to have : Powershell and Python skills
