This role is ideal for an experienced frontend engineering leader who can drive requirements end-to-end, architect scalable and high-performing web solutions, and mentor teams while delivering exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong hands-on expertise in **React, JavaScript, frontend architecture, performance optimization, and modern web engineering practices** with the ability to lead technical initiatives across multiple stakeholders. **What You Will Do:** - Lead the design, development, and delivery of modern web applications using React and JavaScript. - Drive business and technical requirements from discovery through implementation and production rollout. - Architect scalable frontend solutions using modern architectural patterns such as Micro Frontends, Single Page Applications (SPA), and Module Federation. - Design and build reusable UI components, frameworks, and shared libraries that enable consistency across products. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Evaluate and implement modern frontend tooling and build systems using Webpack, Rollup, Vite, and related bundling technologies. - Ensure high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, accessibility compliance, and engineering best practices. - Drive application performance improvements by measuring and optimizing Core Web Vitals, including FCP (First Contentful Paint) and LCP (Largest Contentful Paint). - Contribute to architectural decisions and provide technical leadership for modernization and transformation initiatives. - Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver highly available, scalable, and maintainable solutions. - Mentor engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learning. **What You Will Need:** A strong software engineering professional with **6+ years of experience** building and architecting enterprise-scale web applications. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, technical leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality user experiences. **Must Have** - 6+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in ReactJS, NextJS/NodeJS and JavaScript. - Proven experience leading frontend initiatives and driving requirements end-to-end. - Strong knowledge of frontend architecture patterns, including: Micro Frontends, Single Page Applications (SPA), Module Federation - Hands-on experience with modern bundlers and build tools such as: Webpack, Rollup, Vite - Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, design patterns, and software engineering best practices. - Strong experience with unit testing frameworks and frontend testing methodologies. - Good understanding and implementation experience of web accessibility (WCAG) standards and best practices. - Experience measuring and optimizing application performance using Core Web Vitals, including FCP, LCP, CLS, and related web performance metrics. - Strong understanding of scalable frontend application design and component-driven development. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. - Experience working effectively in Agile/Scrum environments. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, including AWS Lambda and serverless architectures. - Experience implementing Server-Side Rendering (SSR) solutions using frameworks such as Next.js. **Who You Are:** - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field. - Strong technical leader with the ability to influence architectural and engineering decisions. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced Agile environment. - Takes ownership and accountability for the successful delivery of solutions. - Passionate about engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. - Committed to learning and staying current with evolving frontend technologies, frameworks, and architecture patterns. - Enjoys mentoring and developing engineers while fostering a collaborative team culture.
