Lead Software Engineer - Java FS Angular

Job description

We are seeking a **Lead Software Engineer – Java FS Angular** to join our team and drive the design, development and delivery of scalable full-stack solutions while mentoring team members and collaborating across cross-functional groups. **Responsibilities** - Communicate directly with stakeholders on requirements gathering, refinement and demonstration of work results - Develop code based on established coding standards and architecture guidelines - Conduct code reviews and provide guidance to team members - Create efficient unit, acceptance and integration tests - Collaborate with the Delivery Lead and Scrum Masters to facilitate planned releases - Support testing, training and implementation phases of projects - Handle non-functional requirements such as performance and security - Interact with multiple interface teams to ensure functionality works end-to-end - Deliver high-quality outputs while working closely with cross-functional teams across different time zones **Requirements** - 8 to 12 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Java and full-stack development - Expertise in Java8+, Spring Boot and REST API - Proficiency in Microservices architecture - Skills in Junit, JavaScript and SQL - Understanding of software engineering best practices and design patterns - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies - Good communication and analytical skills - English proficiency at B2 level or higher **Nice to have** - Familiarity with AI - Copilot tools
