**Job Purpose** To ensure project delivery excellence across the organization by driving the successful development and launch of mobile applications. The Business Analyst Lead will oversee the gathering and analysis of business requirements, provide strategic insights, and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs and business objectives. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and implementing process improvements to enhance overall project efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, the Business Analyst Lead will manage a team of junior Business Analysts, guiding them in project tracking and ensuring their contributions align with project goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, leadership, and process improvement. **Duties and Responsibilities** - Develop and implement PMO strategy and vision. - Establish and maintain project governance framework. - Identify and implement process improvements. - Oversee project monitoring and control. - Manage resource allocation and utilization. - Communicate with senior stakeholders. - Manage multiple PODs based on experience, capacity, domain understanding, and project management expertise. - Ensure adherence to project management best practices. - Provide necessary training to team members to ensure successful project execution. - Drive continuous improvement. Address and resolve functional queries raised by Technical Architects (TAs). - Collaborate with QA and other PMO leads to establish a robust feedback loop. - Ensure that production issues and business UAT issues are properly tested in future releases and are incorporated into the testing process. - Strong understanding of API integration with internal systems third-party integrated systems like CDSL, NSDL. Strong background of Database like Cosmos. **Key Decisions / Dimensions** - Project prioritization Consumer facing app with more than 50 million users Managing Team of upto 4 IT PMOs / BAs. **Major Challenges** - Multiple Stakeholder management - Multiple high priority requirements delivery in parallel - Ensuring zero bug deliveries - All deliveries to be done on time **Required Qualifications and Experience** Educational Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field. Masters degree in finance, systems, or operations field. Work Experience: - In Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field. - 7+ years of experience in project management, leadership, or related field. - Proven experience leading teams and managing projects. - Strong project management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to think strategically. - Ability to work collaboratively. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities. Required Skills: Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile Scrum Master).Strong understanding of API integration with internal systems third-party integrated systems like CDSL, NSDL.
