No matter where you are located, you will join a dedicated, creative, and diverse community that will help you discover your fullest potential.* We are seeking an experienced **Lead / Sr. AWS Connect Developer** with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice experience to design and build GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and similar platforms. In this role, you will develop AI-powered applications, integrate GenAI models with enterprise systems and ensure secure, responsible AI architectures aligned with regulatory standards. **Responsibilities** - Design and build GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock or similar GenAI platforms, including integration with foundation models such as Anthropic Claude and Titan - Perform prompt engineering and optimization - Architect RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) solutions - Develop AI-powered applications such as chatbots, copilots, knowledge assistants and document processing solutions - Evaluate and fine-tune LLM-based use cases for business scenarios - Integrate GenAI models with enterprise applications and APIs - Implement secure AI architectures aligned with enterprise and regulatory standards - Ensure data privacy, model governance and responsible AI practices - Design and implement integrations between Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV), Verint, Cerner, Marketing Cloud and other systems using APIs, SDKs and AWS services - Develop custom solutions to synchronize and transfer data between systems, ensuring data consistency and integrity - Configure and maintain AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, SNS and DynamoDB to support integration workflows - Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot issues and implement optimizations to improve system reliability and efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, business analysts and system administrators to define integration requirements and design scalable solutions **Requirements** - 5 to 12 years of experience in system integration projects, particularly involving Amazon Connect, Salesforce Service Cloud (SCV) and Verint - Background in integration projects involving Cerner, Marketing Cloud and AWS services - Hands-on expertise in AWS cloud services, particularly in designing and implementing serverless architectures using AWS Lambda and API Gateway - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript or Java for scripting and developing integration solutions - Skills in API design principles, RESTful APIs and SOAP APIs - Familiarity with data formats such as JSON and XML **We offer** - Opportunity to work on technical challenges that may impact across geographies - Vast opportunities for self-development: online university, knowledge sharing opportunities globally, learning opportunities through external certifications - Opportunity to share your ideas on international platforms - Sponsored Tech Talks & Hackathons - Unlimited access to LinkedIn learning solutions - Possibility to relocate to any EPAM office for short and long-term projects - Focused individual development - Benefit package: - Health benefits - Retirement benefits - Paid time off - Flexible benefits - Forums to explore beyond work passion (CSR, photography, painting, sports, etc.)
